Really disappointed in this season.I did enjoy it at times, but it was a far cry from how well season 1 was made. I have no idea how that jarring pacing was okayed, way too many things got introduced and resolved without giving the audience a chance to digest it. Most of the scenes felt disjointed, and there was a distinct lack of polish and finishing compared to s1. You can also tell at which point the old gay writer stopped being involved.Really shitty that they just undid everything from season 1 within that short amount of time as well. Lost in time ? Wolverine's adamantium gone ? Gambit dead ? All resolved and too easily. The theme of this season was supposed to revolve around Apocalypse but bro was there only 5% of the runtime.If they're rushing things to world build and reach where they want to reach to proceed under the new team's vision then so be it.
