Because those had 40 year old writers with actual life experience from the 60s ... today's 2010s and 2020s "realistic" dialogue is skibidi toilet scatman toilet rizz vibe nigga dis nigga dat and ---awkward pause--- lame introverted dialogue that obviously never socialized in his life and never touched grass.
