So this is the power of female writers
>>155008625How much money has Harry Potter and Twilight made
It was right after 9/11, plz understand.
No, THIS is =_=https://youtu.be/xa8-DCWybxM?si=29t-I_-ipdyIUZRE
>>155008625holy shit this is embarrassing
>>155008625>female writers bring fat twerking female red panda ass to the big screenFire every male filmmaker in Hollywood.
>>155008625I'm confused, are you arguing AGAINST female writers here?
>>155008647And then there’s actually good content like Full Metal Alchemist. It still sounds wild that one of the best stories about brotherhood, accepting what your parents gave up for you and how important they are even if you don’t understand them, and owning up to your own mistakes and shouldering the consequences of that action and not deflecting blame was written by a woman post 2000. Well, it shouldn’t be, it’s not like there was any reason an actual creative couldn’t imagine things from a boys perspective and understood characters like Winry didn’t have to be super competent at everything, but it sure seems like those women writers are the only ones who ever get hired. Nepobaby hiring destroyed this shit
>>155008625Fuckable.
>>155008625Are you a female writer, anon?
>>155008811No
>>155008869Japanese are disciplined and keep to themselves, that is why (IIRC) photos of FMA's author are incredibly rare to find, while modern female writers are narcissist and want to make everything about themselves and for everyone to know it.
This was based tho. You should have left in the slaps in the webm too.
>>155009512Does Meimei really slap her own fat panda ass?
>>155008625I want to worship Ming's feet, both forms.
>>155008625It was fun to see this scene described in the novelization too.
>>155008869Point is there are good female writers and bad ones, like there are good male writers and bad ones. Having a vagina or a dick doesn't mean you are inherently better at writing stories.
>>155009810How did it go?
>>155009845This.
>>155008647>yes but what about this non-problem?Twilight is a toned down rape fantasy, btw
>>155008625I mean... what's the problem?it's just a dumb 13yo girl behaving as a dumb 13to girl... whoever finds this weird is either a resentful adult who suffered bullying during childhood or a pervert trying to be politically correct
>>155009656huh
>>155008625She coulda had Priya twerk her fat brown ass to help out.
>>155008625>female writers gave us a furry chick shaking her bootywtf I love female writers now
>>155008625Very insensitive of her to do this right after the day of the attacks
>>155009845>Point is there are good female writers and bad ones,Ultimately the problem comes down to most of these bad writers took "Write what you know" way too damn literally and as a result are terrible because they're not very engaging people. They're literally unable to imagine things from the perspective of the other character that doesn't share their beliefs, or imagine the character on their side being the problem. Patty Jenkins just did not see the problem with the Steve Trevor body switch. Dana Fox couldn't imagine a Cruella who is actually like the movie but still moves the plot forwards, because she wanted her to be "Rebellious" but not "Bad". Kathleen Kennedy needs no introduction.Ultimately the issue comes from the fact there are far fewer notorious male writers, not to say number only notoriety, who stand out among a sea of massive failures. We have too many Pixar Therapy Sessions people didn't watch, too many Superhero Girls who just win because they win, and of course wayyyy too many games who decided they were going to lecture you despite being written by absolute morons who know fuck all about science, history or even literature as a whole. We unironically need more people who know how to actually create characters that are wildly different than them and disagree with their positions and they still strive to make them engaging and worthwhile to watch.
