WORMS villains though are pretty much in the completely organic side of chemistry. So they're the most "normal" looking of the villains besides 5th dimensional imps.

And yeah you want consequences to matter and for their to be development but when you try to mix things as being one big story the episodic stuff really stands out as wasting time that isn't helped by the seasons short episode count. If we had between 3 and 13 more episodes a season to fuck around we could do stuff like Girlmega Red or wacky thefts with Banshee. But instead we get 10 episodes do do Hank Henshaw and the Eradicators (which would be a rad band name) and it ends up feeling rushed and flat. We're supposed to care about Bizarro but after the first episodes nobody paid any attention to the super clone that ran off, without so much as lip service to say they were chasing him.
It was a decent finale, the powerup was kinda underwhelming sadly since he does that one bit on arrival and then willingly takes the beating and barely shows how impactful of the power up it was at the end. Well there was that and how everyone suddenly just bullshits extra strength and Kara goes super Saiyan.The only thing I can really say didn't change was them really not knowing what to do with their Bizzaro so they just made him part of the family, cool enough honestly, and didn't explain shit about him. It feels like they didn't have any real ideas about this future plotline they wanted and somehow this all served to just have John & Lara show up and speed up Clark & Lois's marriage. Now the new set up for 4 being new space threats that only lex saw but apparently kept to himself and localized the issue to Superman rather than say literally anything about whatever he saw from the satellite which I'm going to assume is just Darkseid or Apokolips, as well as Superman's deal with a Sun. It was alright as an episode but as a finale it kinda didn't really resolve tons organically and then didn't really make any issues from the earlier portion of the season better and just ignored half the questions it set up mainly around Bizzaro. The fight was cool enough but they really gotta work on pacing and what story they want to tell

I was waiting for that guy to hulk out and start beating people up in a confused rage all season, and the one or two times he does, it’s only for like two seconds and he never even does anything bad. I expected this Bizarro to be an Of Mice and Men style retard who ultimately means well but still makes horrible mistakes and it’s his misunderstanding that’s the real threat. But nah, he’s just a friendly slightly low iq ice cream man.
