Controversial opinion, I think Homestuck unironically has some of the fucking weakest queer ships in media. Like, I'm not a faggot and tend to typically ship heterosexual stuff because that's what appeals to me, so obviously take my opinion with a grain of salt, but in most media I do tend to have a small handful of non-straight ships that I like. And I don't mean like being a porn-diseased yurifaggot looking to cut off his dick (though obviously two women being together does appeal to me for sexual reasons), but I mean just genuinely liking the ship for romantic feelings, even if my own feelings for them aren't as strong as they are for heterosexual ships. Homestuck is like a fucking barren wasteland to me despite how many characters there are, and a large majority of the good ships are just straight ones. I don't think there's a single gay or lesbian ship in Homestuck that's either the best for the character or really good.
