He denied having sex with the corpses and it is likely that he didn't, due to repression. He also was not exactly a criminal mastermind. His IQ was about average (99) but his mental illness meant he was not very sophisticated about his crimes. As the comic shows he confessed to people multiple times and they took it as him telling a joke. Most likely it was him accidentally responding honestly due to not fully understanding what he was doing was wrong (although on some level he knew people would try to stop him so he attempted to hide it somewhat, claiming the faces were shrunken heads from the pacific, etc.). And you can see the Worden murder was quite sloppy. So, given that he was not very good at deceit it's likely he only killed the two women we know of, plus his brother.
