Opinion on Europe Comics publisher? Their comics tend to have intriguing plot summary but usually hit-or-miss upon reading them.
It's good that somebodies doing it.

>>155113228Isn't it a dead publisher? I'm still waiting on the Last of the Atlases
>>155113279I concur.
>>155113228They're alright in my book since they published Blacksad. Though now that I look them up I see this big ominous announcement posted a few years back. Despite that it looks like they've still been publishing books to this current year.
>>155118164That's crazy. How are they not getting funding?
>>155119810no one reads comics
>>155121024Correct. Evidenced by this dead thread.
>>155113228I've enjoyed what I've read but the stuff that doesn't interest me looks really uninteresting.
>>155113228>Their comics tend to have intriguing plot summary but usually hit-or-miss upon reading them.Well, they translate comics from different European publishers.>>155114276They still publish, but have closed their marketing/PR department. Thing is that they usually translate only a couple of volumes of a longer series because they ultimately want to give a preview so that an American publisher picks it up.https://www.izneo.com/fr/editeurs/europe-comics-218https://www.izneo.com/fr/bd/science-fiction/last-of-the-atlases-25273
>>155121891It's more that's there's not much to say even if you do read comics. They just publish English translations of European comics. What are we supposed to comment? If you go to /lit/, no one asks "What do you think of Random House?"
>>155114186Yeah is decent
>>155113228Wish they continued translating the Dad comics. they stopped at volume 3
Liked the undertaker western comic Also liked that comic where the jester girl Tries to save the king.
>>155125188How many more volumes would they need to translate in order to be all caught up?
>>155123594We can talk about the European comics they publish, autist.
