Hank was the one who usually dealt with most of Dale's shenanigans usually diffusing them before they made trouble for his family. With Hank gone Nancy got the full unfiltered Dale experience and without Hank and Peggy there to shame her she fell back into bad habits. Not that I'm excusing her, Nancy is arguably the worst person on the show but I am saying it was mostly Hank keeping Dale occupied that kept their marriage stable.Bill is self explanatory. The only one who could cope without Hank around was Boomhauer.

Connie was infamous for being impossible to write in the original series, so they went out of their way to force drama via the divorce. The writing feels awkward. During the Meat judging competition, Khan and Minh were shown to be more laid back have already stop demanding too much from her. In all honesty, the new season feels like a step backward from multiple previous seasons by screwing up continuity. I LOATHE making Nancy cheat again and Bill becoming pathetic again.
