Erm, well I guess how it looked like shit at the beginning with the cheap/primitive digital style and gradually improved as the seasons progressed. I think it peaked at season 3, season 4 didn’t have a good balance between the two identities and focused more on Static all the time than Vergil. The DCAU crossover stuff was neat
I like the Ron Wimberly design.

DC has co-ownership, I think, but they can't do anything without agreements with his estate. The only reason we got him and other Milestone characters in Young Justice was because McDuffie was a writer at the time.I think there was some years-long dispute between them that only recently got resolved.
