Anon, Capcom making Cyclops the Ryu-equivalent that was the easiest character to learn in a 30 year old game doesn't mean Cyclops himself is that popular or him being there sells games, he wasn't even in half the Capcom games. Anyone in 2026 who's still a Cyclops fan probably has more brain damage than he does.
