This show is legit underrated. It's an action cartoon but kid friendly enough that anyone of any age can enjoy it. It's a reboot but even though it's cgi they still use miniatures so it feels contingent with the original.

The only changes I don't care much for are brains being an Indian and the Hood losing all of his Fu Manchu powers.

That's cool. For the backgrounds, or what?

tracy island and many of the vehicles and environment shots are miniatures while the characters and thunderbirds are cgi

Neat, I'll have to check it out

bumping my own thread but is there a reason why nobody talks about the Captain Scarlet or Dan Dare cgi cartoons?

true, I honestly can't think of anything Thunderbird 1 can actually do on its own.

True, I firmly believe this show is absolute kino. And the soundtrack is top-tier, and there's a ton of it. The conclusion brought me to tears; it was implemented beautifully and I thought it would never actually happen.

Favorite episode is probably the one on that Jupiter moon or when one of the ones involving taking back control of the space station. I hope to have a set of blu-rays or something some day.
