>>155131324Simple have hit squads at planned location points ahead of the comet and start attacking right as the comet starts, due to the monastic nature of the air nomads they're either at their temple or are nomadding from one temple to the next, wipe out the ones already at each of the temples and you've gotten a vast majority of them and as for the rest keep an occupation force and start spawn camping the ones in transit who arrive at the now depopulated temples after that you've taken out the overwhelming majority and at that point it's hunting down the stragglers or waiting on them to die out because your genocide has completely destroyed their nation and infrastructure
