I think they both have deficiencies in their worldview that could lead to massive problems. What I will say for magneto is that he seems to have an appreciation of the basic gravity that mutants represent, something will give whatever it is, mutants will fundamentally alter humanity. xavier's conservative tendency that mutants will live in harmony with humans as a vague minority group doesn't match with the awesome power they posses.
