And despite that Avatars can live over a century, I don't think their aging slows down. They just keep aging at the same rate and just stay alive until their avatar life points are spent. So assuming that she was, at most, in her 50s when she died (her hair is starting to go grey), then 130 years isn't far off considering that LoK takes place 80 years after A:TLA.
