It’s another NCBD, and it’s time for yet another synergy comic by Marvel. In this miniseries brought to you by X-Men ‘97 Season 2 and Marvel Rivals Season 9, we finally get back to Apocalypse and what he’s been up to after choosing Cypher to become his Heir. Starring Jubilee – who hasn’t really done anything in the X-Books other than appearing in her own Marvel Voices special, and Logan – who has been using his secret mutant power of omnipresence to appear in all of Marvel’s titles like it’s the 2000s-2010s again.

It’s the beginning of a new arc! Previously, Logan ventured back to Canada to mourn his wolfpack, when he stumbled into a ghost town that was secretly inhabited by a group of mutants calling themselves the New Morlocks, and their protector Silver Sable. When Dept. H came to capture the New Morlocks, Logan protected them with Sable and helped them relocate to a new location. But Logan’s alliance with the New Morlocks would come to a sudden end when the Adamantine returned and possessed Hercules to kill Logan. Athena would teleport in to free Hercules, and revealed to Logan that he was the Savage Champion of this reality, and that only he could defeat the Adamantine before teleporting him and Hercules to its current location. The battle against the Adamantine was disastrous as Logan ended up shattering his right claws, but three Savage Champions from other realities suddenly teleported in and helped him defeat the Adamantine. But the experience showed Logan that he couldn’t be with the New Morlocks without attracting unwanted attention, and things only got worse when he realized that his right claws weren’t regenerating because his healing factor was not working. As it turned out, a scientist from Dept. H known as Murat Mor had gone rogue and used the nanites that Logan had been unknowingly injected with to steal his healing factor in order to combat his own condition: the T-O Virus of Post that he had been experimenting on. After a chase to St. Helens and a run-in with Alpha Flight who were also looking for Mor, Logan was finally able to shut down the nanites stealing his healing factor and fulfilled Mor’s final wish of being killed instead of letting Post’s T-O Virus consume him. But even with his healing factor back and right claw regenerated, is he just as lethal with just one set of adamantium claws?
And yes, Wolverine isn’t actually canceled! Shocking, I know.No words on if it's still continuing with it's 18 issues/year schedule though.
I wonder if Tomb of Apocalypse ends with Jubilee becoming Apocalypse's Horseman.

>>155194195You're right, and it gets worse than just posing too long for aura.A quick clean is supposed to be a swift way to reduce the amount of contaminants a katana gathers when a whole cleaning session isn't viable on a battle field, she should have been shown doing it after 3K left and ended before Scott began his speech.The longer contaminants dry the more something like this will just smear them across instead of wipe them off.Lastly it's supposed to edge up. If you elbow clean a Katana edge down you're just going to add more stains after you slice your arm open.This is like Moon Knight slicing a bullet fired with its casing, cool visual but poor research.
