Was she autistic?
>>155237337Who fucking cares about everything after 3
>>155237337why does she look the same age in each movie? at that age, you should notice dramatic differences in appearance even within a single year
>>155237337She's written as an awkward kid that has trouble making friends and is imaginative and like to live in her own fictional world. I would say she's somewhere on the spectrum, yes.But as >>155237372 mentioned, last movie was annoying for exactly that. Toy Story should be about the crazy magical idea of our common toys having an adventure without our knowledge. They shouldn't be about some kid trying to fit in. Movie would have been a lot better if the dumb kid's story was just a background plot device for the toys to have an adventure instead of being a main emotional focus. They pushed Woody aside for this boring crap
>>155237337Pixar is salivating to make it lesbian for that nigger that appeared in toy story 5
I doubt it.She seemed to socialize just fine in the 4th film..
>>155237337all girls are autistic
yeah she's nonverbal and shits her pants
>>155238524That's just flat out wrong in so many ways, like when trying to be racist to black people you say all black people write polite but strongly worded 2000 word letters and call them gooks instead of niggers, it's like two levels of wrong. Autism was first discovered in boys, for the longest time people didn't even think girls could be autistic. People say autistic girls act like boys. Why would you say all girls are autistic? Did you think it was a synonym for retarded?
>>155237337I found it very easy not to watch 4 or 5 and just leave it at that
>>155239125I believe, and I'm not the only one on that that autistic women often evade diagnosis due to different social roles. A girl can get away with being awkward. The only professionally diagnosed autistic girls I've met were very obvious, but even then one case had a rich social life basically handed to her on a platter.
>>155239146Also, one aspie guy I knew had an incredibly creepy mother who was borderline autistic herself, she was incompetent at everything but her job and she'd overcorrect his behavior to the point of ridiculousness while being blind about her own odd behavior. There was a bunch of anons over the past years on /co/ who wrote good posts about these dynamics, basically the diagnosis itself makes autists even more socially stunted due to the way they start being treated through their entire childhood and adolescent years, and late diagnosed women ended up developing better because they evaded this kind of treatment (even if growing up was hard for them either way). The women often resent the male autists though seeing them as overly coddled and thinking the grass is greener on the other side.
>>155237356Anything past 3 is non-canon
>>155237374Toy Story 3 was cool for having a time gap roughly equal to the real life gap since 2, but the movies are apparently on a sliding comic book time scale now. Which makes Woody still being a 1950s toy apparently passed down from Andy's dad even weirder. We won't get anything like that anymore, mind you I immediately lost interest in The Incredibles 3 when it was revealed that it's another immediate sequel repeating the points from the previous ones
>>155239426Because 3 eas an actual attempt.to tell a story and everything after was a contractually obligated cash grab
>>155237337She seems to have problems making friends, and has an unusual attachment to an eating utensil.
>>155237337>>155240995Inside Out with Bonny is going to be too real.
>>155239222Actual diagnosed autismo here, both my neurologist and the rest of the staff said exactly what you did, and in fact, they said that "diagnosed as an adult while checking out something entirely unrelated" situations happen often to them because they just didn't really have any obstacles obvious enough to convince their parents to take them to a professional seeking help when they were younger.
>>155241005At least we got some Bonnie feet this time.
>>155237337Yes, you are autistic.
>>155238524No they are not.
>>155237337Maybe, but she is most likely to be just a shy girl that likes to play with toys in an era where most of them have been replaced with ipads. Their parents seem to be clueless about what kids like nowadays so they encourage that (nothing wrong with that). Also, she doesn't seem to have any friends to play in her neighbourhood, so she hasn't developed many social skills. You can see this when it's shown she was the last girl that knew about Lilypad.Maybe if she was born in the 90s/2000s, where kids were playing outside with their toys all the time, she would have been more social skilled and not considered an "ankward autist living in her own fictional world".
