That's not even getting into the development needed for needed parking, the operations and storage buildings, tax increases for hiring the necessary personnel and continued maintenance, or the fact we'd have to clear land for the solar farm you want to power it to power it. Best I can do is a tax incentive for private commercial and residential installation of solar panels.
