Do you still like Rick and Morty bros?

I never really dropped the show but it's been getting better in recent years.
>>
i stopped watching it after season 5's family guy tier attempts at edgy comedy
>>
Rick and Morty bros are assholes
>>
Only because there's nothing else to watch.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny - they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick and Morty truly ARE idiots - of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existential catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. And yes, by the way, I DO have a Rick and Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only - And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

Nope, it was on the decline for years, but I think the Dragon episode is when I switched from watching to hate watching. Now I'm not even watching.

I think it got the gas back in the last two seasons
It's seriously good again, the current narrative point is that Morty is becoming more like Rick in his nihilism and attitude towards others including his grandpa while Rick is growing and regretting his past attitude and actions, the little biths episode was the moment I regained my faith in the show

Yeah it's fun. Still seems like the writers don't know what to do with Beth(s) or Summer, but Jerry, Rick and Morty have been handled excellently as of late. We've also gotten some seriously impressive animated sequences, and I'm excited to see what they do with Season 10

I thought the last season was a substantial improvement. One of the few times an old show bucked its downward trend.

I still enjoy watching it, but I treat it like a different show than early Rick and Morty. It doesn't have the same soul as it used to, but it's a solid sci-fi cartoon still.

I agree with this too, it's been pretty good lately.

>Morty is becoming more like Rick in his nihilism
The final episode of the last season was legit fucked up, he could have waited for Rick to look for him, but he ruined the life of mort's Rick and his entire family without a shred of rumors.

You got me kronii, that's why you should practice writing more as an ESL rather than focusing on learning phonetics and pronunciation.
Now thanks to the embracement from this situation I will never forget that it's remorse and what I wrote was the plural form rumor.
