>>155398562I only recently watched the legions of superheroes and in one episode A shape shifter, chameleon boy goes undercover as a big villain to spy by changing his brain chemistry to believe he's the villain He genuinely does and the team can't restore chameleon boy brain, but superman somehow convinces the evil brain version through his memories that he can do good.Only for it to be revealed that the real superman was captured and the superman in the team was an evil shape shifter who did the same.The episode ends with the evil shape shifter saving the day even when the big villain deletes superman's personality from his brain.In the final scene Brainiac 5 says that they've learned that being a hero comes to a matter of choice and even goodness can can come from villains, only for Clark to say >That means even evil can come from Heroes That was legit an incredible writing for a standalone episode

Batman laughing at that joke and then killing Joker is what would indicate that Joker is right about his sentiment and that Batman is just the less scared of the two inmates in the joke.Of course, it's intentionally left open to interpretation, since you could argue that Batman was just being rational and that Joker couldn't just be dealt with by locking him up anymore. Since Batman believes he will eventually end up killing again no matter what. And maybe Batman's laugh was just him being merciful to a man he pities. And maybe Batman didn't even kill Joker at the end. But the point is what is implied by the story, not what actually happened.
