In honor of Alex Ross's Marvel Dimensions introducing his own version of Marvel Earth-3... let's try to outdo him!Post your own ideas for "x Marvel character but evil." Using one-off evil versions of characters that already exist is fine too.Alternatively, make your own version of DC's existing In-Verse. Earth-3 has existed for a while, but who's to say you can't make it your own?

But at this point, I've mostly been thinking about how characters' lives work. Even assuming Blacksmith has factories of horrible conditions, a lot of his day to day must be different. Mandarin's hat and obvious forking point in his story makes it easy to imagine him as former nobility who went humbled developed a love for the common people of his homeland and works along side him. CD and TM at least don't need much tweaking to fit, just improve the standing of the Soviet Union equivalent. But assuming the woman with a metal mask and a hood is a Madame Masque instead of Iron Maiden going by greater importance and lack of metal on rest of her body, it seems you'd need to shift a lot around to work since presumably her starting premise wouldn't happen under a heroic birth father. Maybe she'd be dying of a broken heart which makes her get involved with Blacksmith who promises to heal her but instead his goal is to just use her to expand his wealth? Or many someone who just generally disliked working for the benefit of people, had a bad experience and reverted back to expectations?
