>>155485639It was certainly cool. I think Mihas got into his role a bit too easily, given that by the end of Chapter 1 he's doing knee drops that'd make DWJ blush, but it's all very engaging to read. The tone is great, Mihas and Doru are instantly a good duo, the art is a great fit, the designs are all good, and I love how it's set up just enough that I am enthralled to find out what happens next but don't feel overburdened with exposition or mystery box nonsense like a lot of creator-owned-comics fall into with the first issue/arc (the fact that this apparently might not be aiming for additional issues beyond its first set might be a factor)Feels like a good honest and earnest shot of a fantasy comic, and I wanna inject shit like that inbetween my toes.
