Glad this garbage era is going to be over soon and Charles Soule will be writing a street level Eddie Brock Venom book, because this cosmic end of evangelion nonsense is just tiresome, we all know none of this shit will matter at all. At least Death Spiral was grounded and when the story is small we can suspend our disbelief that it will actual impact the characters involved. A great example is how Eddie Brock becoming the King in Black, some cosmic bullshit, lasted about two issues before he got blown up and killed, but him having a son in the same run by Cates actually stuck. Real character work sticks, metaphysical power scaling wank does not.

VenoMJ's potential separation from Venom that could kill her hasn't been given enough weight. Peter and MJ haven't been interacting in a way that is particularly satisfying.I really like Ewing, so this is disappointing.
