I'm confused about the ending. It was like one of those cliffhanger type endings but kinda about nothing in particular. Unless they're planning to keep Kenny dead again for awhile or the bikes being banned results in something else I don't get that emotional ending at all.

5/10 episodeThe GTA 6 gag and Kenny exploding were the only things that made me laugh out loud but Randy being a douchebag cyclist is kind of funny.

I liked this one a lot. It's obvious there's a seasonal arc leading up to GTA 6 and that Trump is lingering jn the background so something will happen. But Matt and Trey made a good choice to make the boys the center for the first episode. Plus the Kenny stuff was great, and Cartman telling everyone to suck his dick and Randy's fuck ass walk got me. I'm curious how they will handle the 6 episode arc though. It's weird to me they aren't doing 10 considering their contract.

I think the difference of these episodes and the older ones is how slow they feel. Very low energy. They're not snappy or anything. Old episodes felt like each scene was set up for a quick gag and moving on to the next one. They didn't often feel like they lingered. Modern episodes feel like they're more "life-based", where you're genuinely just seeing the characters go about a day or something in their life, going through the motions until you reach the end.That sort of writing makes sense for big arcs, because it tricks your brain into thinking the pacing means shit's building up. But for episodic stories it's nothing.
