nextwave was fine. I don't care for the comedy anymore.
I liked it when I read it at the library when I was younger, but after reading more comics I dislike how it borked Machine Man. I'd say the same about Monica, but really that started before I was born and Nextwave references becoming her main thing was more a sidegrade.

I loved it, it was a reconstruction, like Kingdom Come but for action and explosions instead of inspiring drama. Monica was great, a strong female leader who was bitter and hypocritical enough to keep from being a girlboss, same with eliza being an arrogant douche.
