No one will know it's there. If you hide it in some magic cave or the top of a sky scraper with armed guards, it'll invite curious people. It also begs the question, what ELSE is in that warehouse? Is it just army surplus parachutes and road line paint? Or does it have actual real Excalibur and da Vinci 's skeleton?

If they decide that the Ark is valuable enough to be ‘attractive to criminals’ they’ll put in some cage with an off-the-shelf padlock at best. Otherwise it will just be chilling next to camp beds and a crate full of nuts and washers.
