Previously, Lucas and Shard were able to defeat Skippingstone following his ambush and teleport him back to Earth-1191. But despite their successful team-up, Shard reacted strongly to the fact that Lucas had become too soft and immediately interrupted and left him when he attempted to share info with her to prevent her fate, stating that she needed to complete her mission that involved stopping the Final Brotherhood. The next day, Lucas woke up to a cruise ship that had crashed into the dock of Sheepshead Bay. Venturing into the ship to investigate, he realized that the last Final Brotherhood member Mirrormind had not only hijacked it and killed all the passengers, but he had also taken Shard hostage!

Last time, the sisters encountered Logan, who had (at the time of last issue’s release, I guess) lost his healing factor and returned to rest up in the safe house to go meet up with Cecilia Reyes the next day, when the Generated came and asked them to return with them to Facility-23 to find out about their origins. But when they returned to the locale, they were shocked to find out that Facility-23 had not only been hijacked again from the Facility’s control, the ones who hijacked it were none other than…Nanny and Orphan-Maker!?

And now for Wolverine.
It’s time for the end of this saga. Previously, Athena revealed to Logan that he was the destined Savage Champion of Earth-616 and that only he could defeat the Adamantine. His face-off against the living metal ended with three other Savage Champions from various realities teleporting in to help defeat it, but the battle cost him the adamantium on his right set of claws. A few days after going through a lengthy quest to regain his healing factor, Logan was suddenly teleported through the various realities of the Savage Champions to help them defeat the Adamantine, who had returned again and was targeting all the realities. After defeating it and getting teleported back to his reality by Athena, Logan realized that if he was going to remain the best there is, he needed to restore the adamantium on his right claws

Holy shit, it's Leonard! Feels like ages since you last appeared.
And that’s it for this saga of Wolverine! With both of his claws restored, he can finally go back to the titles that weren’t referencing the events of this story with the knowledge that we didn’t have to make any excuses regarding art errors or whatever.The title is going to take a quick break and will be back in November. But I don’t think you guys will even notice it, since Logan is making appearances everywhere.

Ahmed's Wolverine run has had a *few* bright spots: the first Wendigo storyline, the stuff w Silver Sable, Alpha Flight and the Morlocks, and I liked the Savage Champions (even though it was more multiverse Wolverine)but overall, this run has veered into full retardation
