What does /co/ think of The Rugrats Movie?I re-watched it for the first time in probably over 20 years. I was surprised at how well it held up. The entire thing is very cinematic from start to finish and I think the coloring really helped. That song in the hospital with the cameos of all the music stars at the time is crazy as an adult. Lot of scenes that got me in the feels too. You can really feel Tommy's frustration with Dil but then his overall resolve to be the best big brother he can be just hits you hard. Even the "slice of life" scenes with the adults are done pretty well and leagues above the TV show.
