Clearly a Justice League Year One esque story to build off Waid's New History of the DCU.That book had that lineup as the "first" official Justice League, as the New 52 JL technically didn't call themselves the JL even though they teamed up with Cyborg prior. So he's going to show the team officially forming, them inviting Batman but Batman being Batman will be an asshole who thinks he's above all of them and will swoop in to save the day in the last issue/few pages.
