The most interesting thing about this graphic novel isn’t the contents itself but the fact that it got made at all and what that says about Knights of Guinevere as a project. I’m not even really talking about Dana’s alleged hypocrisy in choosing to collab with Disney again, more so I think it’s telling that Disney would be willing to associate with Dana again at all. Like surely if KoG is as half as incendiary towards the Walt Disney Company as its proponents what would like me to believe then such a company would never consider even mentioning the creators name much less allow them to publish a new graphic novel with their branding plastered all over it.
