>>155656948I liked the idea from the Robinson idea about Scarlet Witch being a hereditary title. Maybe a new Scarlet Witch manifests every couple generations while skipping one in between so it passes from grandmother to granddaughter or great grandmother to great granddaughter. Scarlet Witch is tasked with keeping the Darkhold and Chthon locked away and to do so she has to build large covens to siphon power off to do so otherwise it eats into her own power. So Scarlet Witch has the title because she's responsible for a lot of death for the greater good of preventing an elder god from killing reality or someone from using his evil book to do the same.

Wakanda is arguably near Israel tier in terms of fucking the world. Just instead of actively meddling in foreign governments, Wakanda completely monopolized a miracle resource and turned completely inwards to never share even the most mundane benefits to humanity at large.

With evil counterparts, I usually prefer that the world, history, and general public remains the same, the character's core traits/powers/archetypes are the same, only the character's morality is inverted.Otherwise, you end up with weird stuff like here the seemingly Confederate Cavalryman Captain America. Or Power Ring who is a coward compared to GL's willpower. It's so different it doesn't even feel like a version of the same character.Ross's and Earth-3's interpretations are still really cool, unique, and valid tho. It's just not what I prefer.
