why wasn't this as well known as hey arnold, braceface, doug, recess, as told by ginger?
its perfect and clever, it could have been more popular?
was it too smart for kids?
>>
It was an innocent and pure cartoon in a world that was anything except..

It was ugly and weird.
It's also surprisingly good despite it all.
That one guy looks like he has a giant ass.

I vaguely remember it and all I remember was the two kids vomiting into the sky or something in one episode. I couldn't tell you why it didn't catch on, but I don't think the "too smart for kids" was the reason, considering Hey Arnold was a smart show that was popular. Could be the unappealing character designs

I remember an episode that was kind of similar to a Doug episode, where the MC draws a cartoon for the school’s newspaper, and the director finds it offensive, getting him into trouble.

The theme song was really good

it just wasnt on the american channels much
i was aware of it but hardly ever saw it

it was too early for its anti-PC message to really hit as hard as it should. Most people hadn't experienced that kinda nonsense yet.
We did not deserve Callahan.

yesss until he finds out it was the disabled kid drawing it, and Pelswick is NOT happy about the double standard.

Pelswick has a very unconventional artstyle

That probably scared away some people, if the wheelchair didn't...

It looks stupid and possibly Canadian
