My opinion: she doesn’t have a regular schedule like mortal women do. She’s got total control over her body functions (she can go days without sleep, food) and she’d only get pregnant if she wanted to and then she’s just like, alright he came pop pop pop, time to start dropping some eggs out of my ovaries.

Superhero biology can get weird when you look too close. Superman doesn’t even poop.
