I mean kinda, All clownfish start life as males. The larges male clownfish will have a hormonal transformation to become female and breed with the second largest male and have babies, if the breeding female were to die the largest male then becomes female and of course starts mating with the then largest male, so technically speaking Marlin is going to become a woman and get impregnated by nemo
