Last time we finished the Dreamwave G1 continuity, which was cut short before its time. After Dreamwave lost the license to the Transformers it was picked up by IDW, which would hold it longer than any comics company before or since. IDW chose to reboot Transformers in their own G1 continuity, which kicked off with Infiltration, a six issue miniseries written by old writer Simon Furman and drawn by new artist E.J. Su.Transform and roll outTransform and roll out.
This is a short preview issue published months before Infiltration #1.

That's it for today, come back next time for more Transformers. One of the hallmarks of IDW was publishing multiple titles by multiple writers at once that all supposedly took place in the same universe, but that gets confusing after a while so in future I'm just going to storytime one run at a time and skip a lot of minor comics. But that won't become apparent until later.
>>155718840I think the hologram's faces are just stuck like that.

>>155719381They never appear again after Infiltration. Which sucks, they could’ve added some characterization to them besides being generic dumb goons. There was a lot of missed chances for characterization for like most characters.
