I would argue that act 2 is actually a little more boring than act 1 if only because act 1 fully goes with its meandering and faffing about vibe that gives it its character. Act 2 is where a lot of the, homestuck-isms are codified, fake outs, multiple perspective, timeline shenanigans. ECT ECT ECT. I will say tho the parts with John in sburb are well handled and capture the readers imagination plenty, as a mystical world of adventure and wonder would naturally incite in people.Smaller things to note.
