Captain is a supersoldier who's doing the same thing he did back in the war just in a different organization instead of the military, Bruce only has so many avenues he can use his mutating anger problems for that doesn't actively hurt innocents, and Thor just does what he's always been doing. Tony should just take a pupil to be Iron Man while he's on comms and tinkers.

Banner would be better off sitting in a lab popping mood stabilizers to actually use his genius rather than wandering around getting into big green punch ups, and Thor shouldn't even be bothering with Earth. You wouldn't even need to rewrite them into entirely different characters either, there is zero reason for any of them to be superheroes.
