Why do we criminalize child pornography? We've already decided that vulgarity by and of itself is not a legal case for censorship, I forget what court case but I think it had something to do with Hustler, if you get in my face I might look it up exactly, but I know we don't. Hence why no one calls for scat or guro to be banned, in any serious function. So why do we ban child pornography?

Because the creation of such material directly involves the physical harm to a child and damages their development, of which I imagine you wouldn't argue or you'd be defending pedophilia itself. DRAWINGS do not involve a child, seeing as how pornography of adults do not involve an adult. We don't care about what happens to adults OR cartoons, regardless of their body shapes or features, because they are either figures that can consent (and if they don't THEN you have a case but that's not applicable to loli because) OR they're drawings given identity and not real. Similar to how the depiction of a mass shooting on a television show, or a video game, is not an actual mass shooting, the drawing of a sexual act is not a sexual act.

If you wish to criminalize loli, you would have two avenues to be succesful. You would have to regard it as real, to charge as CP, which breaks that legal precedent that all other events in film and video and such are real too. The other is to open the case for censorship for vulgarity, which has a ripple effect of other vulgarities being illegal and quickly snowballing into speech censorship. Our legal code extends and retracts on established precedents, and you have no dam to restrict to this topic.

The only legally responsible measure is to allow loli, as it doesn't rock the apple cart, and you can just ban them from sites under private ownership rules, like 4chan, as it is.
