Yes, I'm miffled.Anyway, I thought the Grouse episode was mediocre but the Lynn episode was pretty decent and had a good message about not turning into some crazy e-hater that obsessively attacks individuals (explicitly individuals, not shows or anything like that; in this case it was a baseball player) relentessly and personally for e-fame and perks *without* devolving into the usual 'boo critics! It's bad to criticize things and you are silly if you do! This nerd is you, by the way!' stuff Thundercats Roar, TTGO and a few others did did when they tried to make an episode about this subject. I was really satisfied by how the theme was handled and gratified the show continues to demonstrate the class I always say it has.

This show's aesthetics and sensibilities have always been very old school, I feel, in a way that I enjoy but is kind of hard to put into words, but I think this is a good example of what I mean. Heckling someone from the stands at a professional baseball game, like in Major League? Man. As far as imagery goes it's pretty timeless but I don't feel I've seen it used in cartoons in quite a while even though it used to be fairly ubiquitous. That's Johnny Bravo, Hey Arnold, old Futurama/Simpsons type stuff, feels like something from that era. I've always found it hard to explain what makes this show feel so classic and nineties to me but partly it's stuff like that, I think. I don't think that's an idea or a motif most modern cartoons would think to reference, though maybe that's just me.

I think that's what struck me the most when I saw it. At first I admit I was just taken aback by the bold colors and the full background and all the trimmings, all that stuff. But when I really took my time and looked deeper, man, everything about it is impressive. First of all, like I said; going the extra mile in drawing that background and giving it such detail, the wonderfully depicted body indentations and rustled, realistic disturbances conveyed in the sheets and the pillow (for the third time in a week I'll say it, you are a master at depicting realistic cloth 'physics'), right off the bat that's giving the pic a lot. It really comes off, well, like I said, it makes it look impressive even when you're first intentionally averting your eyes from the masterpiece body you gave Luna as she's lying on the bed in search of the less obvious stuff that you know is coming together with it to make it feel so good to look at. Special mention to the bedframe, the posters, the shelf, the little decorations and, of course, Bun-Bun witnessing all this. All the environmental stuff. Right off the bat, I have to say, the background, the way it's drawn, is really tops. Really, really good.

Wondrous, wondrous, wondrous femininity. She's sooo damn hot, dude. And this is, I also believe, perhaps the cutest way you've drawn Luna's hair so far. It frames her face in such an adorable way, and she's got such a kickass expression; such a subtly exciting smile and those really intense feeling, half-lidded, narrowed eyes. The feeling it transmits is extaordinarily good, and shading her eyes outside the pupil and her teeth to be that same unlit glow in the dark halloween green is another fantastic idea, another great, great detail.

But I honestly think this pic is good enough to open someone's eyes to the charm. I hate to gush about something so hard, but you really are an amazing artist, no doubt about it. The stuff you draw is just awesome, the vibe is great, and this is, I think, artistically speaking, probably the best pic of yours lately even among a raft of real, real good ones and some even featuring stuff that's also more my fetish, so major competition. I can't help it, I'm just really impressed by what's on display here. Luna's body is as good looking as good looking can be. I really, really wish there was a version without the paint just so I could appreciate the finer details I notice more easily, such as the tasteful axilla and the breasts and the navel and everything even more, because I know what a Venus is being portrayed here. First of all, hey, I'm glad you got to read it, and it more than goes both ways, I appreciate you making and sharing this awesome art. As for alts themselves, you know, they have their charm. For example, you can really get a nice, practically portrait-tier shot of Luna's beautiful, delicate, unobscured foot in the bare skin one, and my compliments on that. It's really awesome to get a better look at those details that, while they exist in the bones version, are a little more obscured. Frankly, I do think the white bones version is a little more superfluous since the drawbacks are the same and the purple color scheme is not just canon but also has a more compelling set of visuals that really make the pic pop. In the end, I have to admit, the original purple is the best after all out of all of them, I LOVE the way you lovingly colored her hair in that one, the neon paint on her face makes her subtle blush look even more charming because it's more concealed but still present for those with a keen eye, so it kind of makes for an exciting discovery, and is overall just definitely the most visually impressive without losing too much eros compared to bare. But I'm still glad to have the paintless version since it makes for a great pair with bones and you can appreciate them both even more when you realize what's really going and get a look at some of those finer details I mentioned, for example her uplifed arms casting little shadows around her own shoulders, her sexy smooth armpit, and a better look at her face, that kind of stuff. Though I admit, the purple bones across her face while she smiles really make the expression look even color for the decoration, and again, making the whites of her eyes and her teeth that yellowish halloween color was truly inspired. In any case, I think it looks really good, anon! The background looks very moody and mysterious as does the lighting, pretty good atmosphere, especially that bright, cold moon. I quite like the use of lightsources and shadow overall and the dull red glow around Leni is appropriately ominous, but also subtle enough not to be too garish and affect the rest of the pic. I dig the overall vibe. The dress itself, whoever's design it is, looks really cool too, ripped up and hanging from her tucked in knees like that as she levitates, and Leni herself is adorable as usual, she looks really cute for a bloodsucking creature of the night, pure as ever. I especially like how sheer the dress making it is so you can almost make out her navel, hips, pubic bone etc and how it goes from dark to light with the gossamer fabric. Cool.
