Watched this recently and all things considered it was much better than I expected. Sure there were some bad castings, Death being the obvious one, which I honestly would have hated less if she still had the Egyptian themed imagery/makeup/was more goth or something, just seemed lazy. Despair on the other hand was far worse, did they think portraying the character as an ugly fat woman was sexist or something? Did the actor not want to be naked? Who knows but it sucks. Morpheus was well acted but he needed to aura farm far more like the comics, dunno why they skimped out on the glowing eyes bit it's like all they needed to use to make that more punctuated. Despite all that some most of the rest of the casting was very good, hard to imagine the Corinthian as anyone else, and I liked Lucienne way more than I expected. I actually liked The Corinthian/female constantine dynamic, and Desire was pretty much perfect in season 1 though idk what happened to them in 2 (walled most likely though maybe some bad plastic surgery). Skipping the Game of You part is also bad but it's clear they didn't really have the budget to satisfy the whole comic, needed way more cgi/makeup for all of the faeries as well (why not at least give them horns....)
