I wasn't clear, I meant that the revival's young B&B episodes happen in a separate continuity from the second movie.
Because the common assumption was that the revival takes place after the 2nd movie and Beavis' mom abandoned the house and left town after they disappeared into the wormhole. I assumed that whenever they mentioned Beavis' mom in the revival, they were remembering moments that happened when they were still in the 90s but this episode seems to throw that out the window.

The most interesting thing about this wasn't even the backrooms parody or that randy is a chiyold, it's that Cartman apparently had a normal bonding moment with Ike and they didn't go back on it at all. I don't expect him calling Cartman his big bother and hugging him will lead to any continuity but it was just kinda pleasant.

and they topped off all of this with "rizz"
they definitely had a checklist of things to say in one episode. i mean it had some self-awareness about it being dumb but it's still annoying to hear so much. a character going around punching people that say mogging aura looksmaxxing rizz of glaze doesn't make the 21 minutes of them saying that constantly more tolerable.

this was only saved by the weird out of left field shit they did with half of the episode's cast. it's sad when you can say the episode with "looksmaxxing" and aura battles as the plot is better than one about a small city of talking penises, which feels like an actual early season joke episode.
