>Something wrong, officer?
>Yeah, got a taillight out.
>Where?
>Right there.
>You know, one day us good honest citizens are going to stand up to crooked cops like you.
>Oh no! When? Have you set a date?
>>
>>155905953
yeah yeah police used to do this shit all the time before cameras we know
>>
I rented a truck once, and had to go through a checkpoint. moron pig assumed it was a commercial vehicle, wanted to search the truck. I told him it's personal, private, you can't see it, it's surprise for my girlfriend. he was mad. he called for backup, and his supervisor came out, and gave him a good lecture. cops can't spoil a birthday surprise, they don't have authority. little bitch was crying to his boss, saying crazy stuff... "if he's delivering to his girlfriend, then that's commercial." boss man slapped him and said "That's not commercial you dumb fuck, It's his property, until he gives it to his girlfriend. He's not transporting her property for hire, it's not hers yet. they need IQ tests for police.

If you are delivering someone's food, that's not a gift, that's commercial. they paid for that food, you contracted to deliver it.
>>
Cops are kikes. The reason they push the crime wave scam is because if kids were playing outside they would kill them. That's why their slogan is "back the Jew."
>>

>Giving a woman a car as a present
>A truck too
He should have shot you dead and received a medal for doing the public a service.
>>
>>155906665
Pigs don't like it when tax payers that put bread on their table get uppity, like saying you can't abuse me, or i have rights.
It sends them into a murderous rage and it's the same thing all over the world.
>>
>>155906665
>they need IQ tests for police

a relative of mine used to train SWAT teams. they did require a minimum IQ of 80 because no surprise, SWAT teams have to make split-second decisions that could result in someone's death if they guess wrong.
>>
>>155906811
He never said that. They need IQ tests for whatever kind of subhuman you are.
>>
>>155906880
get rid of qualified immunity. use of unjustified deadly force or false imprisonment should be an automatic jail sentence. it should also be an offense to lie to you. you can get in trouble for lying to police, same should apply to them.
>>
>Itt. Things I've heard in the casino drunk tank while waiting for Sherrifs deputies to show up.
>>
>>155907178
how's boot leather taste, bro?
>>
>>155907178
If the ordinary people private entities of sin illegally arrest are saying it it's the general opinion of the public.

We need to judge them on their own statements. If there is a crime epidemic that requires them to receieve unlimited investment as they say there has been for 60 years and they continue to say that it gets worse every year and needs more funding, they're the problem.
>>
>>155906074
The advent of body cams if anything proves this shit rarely ever happened and people were embelishing situations they were entirely at fault for.
>>
>>155907303
not entirely true because people act a lot different on camera than when they're not
>>
>>155907314
watch any drunk Karen/college girl gets arrested video. those would have gone quite a bit differently pre-camera. cop feels up their tits, lets them go in exchange for a blowjob, etc.
>>
>>155907314
You"d be surprised by how untrue that is.
>>
>>155907303
>Turn camera off
>If I can't see it it's not abuse
>>
>>155906665
similar situation happened to me

>be moving my shit in a rented U-Haul truck
>get pulled over by state trooper who demands to see my logbook which all commercial drivers in Texas are required to have
>tell him I'm not a commercial driver, I don't need a logbook
>he continues to argue with me and finally calls his supervisor who reprimands him for being a dumbass
>>
>>155906665
>cops enforce the law but don’t have to learn the law
So what else is new?
>>
>>155907303
nah my dad was a cop and they would pull tricks like these. What they dont tell you though is the usually do it for a good reason.
You know this guy is trouble so plant something just so you can take him in and get him off the street.
>>
i'm aware of POCs and all that but i live in a quiet mostly white community without much real crime and the pigs still act like belligerent assholes

>Amerifats actually think entrapment is ok
nice First World country you got there
>>
>>155906665
They do have iq tests for police
If you score too highly you're disqualified
Courts have repeatedly upheld this standard

Other fun standards courts have upheld:
- police have no obligation to protect you, upheld when a pair of police hid in a locked subway car and watched a man on a stabbing spree fight attack a citizen. The citizen disarmed the attacker and only then did the cops intervene.
- police have no obligation to enforce the law or court orders, upheld when police refused to enforce a restraining order against a woman's husband that had been making threats. He killed her and her three kids.
- Probable cause does not have to actually involve any laws. An officer can "mistakenly" believe that the law gives him probable cause and it will be upheld if his "mistaken understanding" was reasonable. Upheld on random car searches for traffic violations that were not traffic violations.

>>155907303
Body cams proved a lot of shit, but lets not pretend that mysterious malfunctions still occur at quite convenient times. /pol/ here, cops are not your friends. Chuds were ACAB before anybody else.
>>
>>155908024
>>155908021
>>155906880
if you watch police videos about 80% of them involve POCs or junkies who are not going to respond to commands or reason.
>>
>>155908021
>>155906665
Probably the most fun thing about cops besides qualified immunity (can't sue them for pretty much anything) is civil asset forfeiture.

In a nutshell the cops can accuse your property of having been involved with a crime without charging you with a crime. This allows them to take the property until someone can prove it wasn't used in a crime. Which is never as that's an impossible standard
In practice if you have any cash cops can just take it and use it and you have no recourse.
>>
>>155908076
>If you watch copaganda and youtube clickbait though-
Quiet, retard.
>>
>>155907935
It would be if it weren't for the Catholic welfare service that is the police.
>>
>>155908076
Man I'm addicted to that shit too, but don't forget, those are the videos the police CHOSE to share. Videos of the junkies with badges never get released.
>>
>>155908076
in my town recently they shot some fent head who was wielding a katana and ignored several commands to put it down. can't do anything much for those kind.
>>
>>155908288
In my town recently they shot some granny who was walking while black and was clearly charging at the officers. Can't do anything for 'those people'.
>>

i'd been to Germany before.

>some guys get into a barroom brawl
>police come, round up the drunks, and send them home
>the barmaids give them free beers
meanwhile in Canada, a barroom brawl results in a RCMP SWAT raid on the bar, tear gas deployed, people get their faces smashed into the ground, multiple charges filed, etc.
>>
>>155906665
They can still lawfully search a private truck, but they need cause.
>>
>>155908269
>>155908092
i'm going to have to get on the phone with Derek Chauvin and let him know about that when he gets his weekly allowed phone call from the cell blocks

Sounds like a prime Eurocattle moment. Yeah now you have violent drunken morons bumbling around town but at leas the city is walkable.
Arrest public nuisances? We don't do that in Germany
>>
>>155908357
bet those guys wont disrupt the public again after getting their asses beat lol
>>
>>155908491
he's dead
>>
>>155908491
p. sure he meant the cop will face legal consequences if he shot a POC, not a white person
>>

>>155908527
why are Americans openly proud of living in a Brazil-tier country?
>>
>>155908491
Niggers tounge my anus, Floyd is burning in hell, and it's insane how easy it was to manipulate idiots into supporting burn loot murder, but that doesn't suddenly mean cops are not corrupt tools of state for the protection of property and not servants of the peace. Actually considering how many kneelers there were, it kinda does.
>>
>>155908578
he said he was from Canada though
>>
>>155908578
Nah, fuck you and fuck wastoids. I live near a bar and a sporting venue and these drunks constantly mess with people, throw shit at traffic, cause fights and try to break in places. I say four faggots that broke into a bar after hours get arrested a few days ago and it made me happy. Bet those faggots were like "THIS DOESNT HAPPEN IN EUROPE!!!" too.
>>
>>155908578
European alcohol is different. Their drunks don't act the same as ours. Thomas Jefferson once said the best part about France was the lack of public drunkenness when drunken brawls were an unfortunately common sight in America.
>>
>>155908565
^this
>>
in my town back in the 90s a cop shot a fleeing unarmed suspect and claimed he pointed a gun at him. the department didn't have dash cams so there was no footage, but some locals videotaped the whole thing and proved what really happened.
>>
>>155908578
Brasil good actualy
>>
>>155907303
Gullible little anon, I bet you think all cops are moral or good at their jobs.
They're human.
>>
it depends on the department's training policies. some of them (especially in the South) openly encourage officers to be as violent as possible. if one cop is a belligerent retard, assume the entire department is that way.
>>
>>155906074
They didn't used to do it "all the time".it was a myth and people got away with perpetuating it because of the lack of cameras
>>
>>155908759
>>155908021
>>155908024
is it that hard for you guys to not carry drugs around your car and complain when you get pulled over and they find the drugs?
>>
>>155907022
People with sub 110 iq cannot.make "split second decisions" 80 as the standard is LOWER than the threshold for the usm. And they put recruits with low iq on janitorial duties, not give them a gun.
>>
>>155906665
Why be toxic about it?
