Half of Cloak body is a "casualty" of it, being stuck in the darkforce dimension, but that doesn't mean that Cloak doesn't have a lower body. In our dimension, Yes, he looks like he's cut in half and we don't see his lower body, but in the darkforce dimension, it's the opposite, he doesn't have an upper body.Now, on the 2025-26 Cloak OR Dagger (the comic this strip is from, not Cloak AND Dagger), Cloak managed to get strong enough to generate (or access to?) a temporary portal dimension in between the light and the dark where his full body is intact, where he can interact and take care of his daughter... at the cost of NOT being at the same time and space with dagger... In theory.tl;dr: he probably cracked there, or before they got powers.
