Goofy has destroyed Pete's house on multiple occasions, & almost killed Pete & Peg on very few cases (not intentional of course). Even though the Goof's don't demand gibs, they are guilty of everything else because they are so clumsy that they are destructive neighbors & tend to annoy anyone who have to deal with them. Just watch the first episode. Pete didn't originally starting hating Goofy until Goofy kept on missing with his stuff & destroying his home. Goofy struggles with even the most basic tasks that it always results in something getting damaged or hurting someone. Sound familiar? It's your everyday black man who can't do basic stuff. Dog people in Disney universe are black-coded.
