If you want to do digital, there are plenty of free programs that you can get started on if you have access to an art tablet, but again, even if you don't, just draw with what's available to you. It will be shit when you start, you're going to look at it and think "ugh, this is terrible, I will never be good at this" but keep going anyway. If there's some aspect that you feel you're especially struggling with, look at other people's art, see how they do it, try using similar techniques. Trace and straight-up copy shit, because it forces you to draw the parts that you're struggling with using your own hands, which helps you get better at drawing the same things yourself. If you like having a reference, there are posable art figures you can get on amazon. I have three of them for different body types and I've gotten a lot better at proportions by using them for reference. But the most important part is that you just have to draw. Just draw, anon. You'll get better with time
