There are Karma elements too, but it's also a combination of misguided Age of Ultron Wanda with the more malevolent Multiverse of Madness Wanda.Which is confusing because when MCU Wanda appeared first, she got some accusations of being a Jean clone (she really wasn't, but she did borrow Jean's powerset).If Chameleon really was the villain in earlier drafts then this is a repetition of what happened with Multiverse of Madness, where the story had Nightmare as the villain right up until summer of 2020, when the whole story was rewritten with Wanda as the villain.
