So the best use of them is figuring out tangential support role/status quo where they can show up when need be but otherwise stay out of books.Trying to do nostalgia revivals is not going to work when even Teen Titans has spent decades trying to find a way to be relevant and best they can do is Wolfman/Perez nostalgia acts that’s a glaring sign of arrested development for characters who have grown out of the teen category of heroes
I think its very fitting that they all pass on the mantle that was once passed down to them, never really grow into anything new, and are quietly forgotten as they all fail to develop past what they once replaced and then were replaced by. Eventually a universe reset will simply write them all out of existance, unwanted and unneeded.And then twenty five years later they can come back as villains.

While Tim and Conner both have large fanbases (Cassie not so much) it doesn't matter at all if the writers aren't fans of them. DC has a very small and constantly dwindling "talent" pool who have clear favorites and these three definitely aren't among it. Maybe if DC paid writers better they might actually attract decent talent.
