Why aren't you watching the mrbeast cartoon? It cost $7,000,000. Don't you like indie animation?

Everything about Mr Beast makes sense when you find out he was raised evangelical.

>>156147116Literally who is he? Why is he famous?

An animation studio and a game studio to fund creatives who just want to make good shit and keep it running as long as it can. The use interest to just live off of and keep the lights on the the companies.
>>156147182>Why is he famous?Because the faceless algorithm frivolously decided it. It's like winning the lottery.
>>156147209You know how youtubers used to grow by doing fake giveaways? MrBeast did real giveaways and now he has half a billion subscribers.

>>156147206they're all beasts anon
>>156147307This show could've been cool if Mr. Beast just stayed out of it.
>They worked really hard on it. Don't care.
>>156147147It has to do something to a person and I think the best place to look at the phenomenon is with the hypercondensed ride through the classes that YouTubers and streamers go through. You can see people getting generational wealth within a few years in many cases for very little actual work and you will see how this warps their values as their successes stack up. It's almost scary because you and I both know that many of them had probably said similar things to "once I get enough to live and support my loved ones it'll be enough" "I'll use it as passive income and help fund little passion projects I like!" "I'll get a nice modest house and just live a low-key life!" and still ended up allowing the grandeur of their new lives get to them. It makes you wonder just how principled we really are deep down, doesn't it? No one wants to become someone like the average uberwealthy freak, but they always seem to. Would we be any different? I hope so.
>>156146949What brand of humor is this? Is very 2010. Reminds me of epic bacon and ninjas and pirates
>>156147446>many of them had probably said similar things to "once I get enough to live and support my loved ones it'll be enough"That's exactly how I feel if I ever got rich enough. However to your point, they are never satisfied with what they already have, which is leagues higher than the average person. There's always aspirations for more. Maybe it's just human nature to always have ambitions to want more, at least for type As.
>>156147523It sounds like James Rolfe in the home complaining to the nurse about taking his pills.
>>156147446>>156147534I think the real reason behind it in this particular case is that he's probably well aware of just how fragile monetary success from social media can be and is seeking to diversify his business portfolio using the Mr. Beast branding to feed back into his other ventures. I wouldn't be shocked if he has some form of wealth/investment fund generating passive income in the background or a few business ventures not directly connected to the Mr. Beast brand.
>>156147523I'm kind of getting Sonic X vibes from it. MC kind of reminds me of Chris Thorndyke. Damnit.
>>156147523>>156147586>>156147636It is James Rolfe you zoomie faggots.
>>156147597If that were the case truly then why would he do so many charitable vanity projects? If monetary success were the factor, which it isn't he has had more than enough to live for the next several lifetimes and even if he made a video saying every slur in the book right into the eyes of an African orphan he dug a well for he would still be able to live comfortably as a NEET off just the fumes of his residuals, then WHY spend so much of that "fleeting wealth" on massive public facing "hands on" charity projects? He could simply donate money, but instead it's a video and a production to generate more wealth, but more importantly good PR and image. Obviously I don't disagree with your point fully, it's still very much about money, but I think it's grown beyond that now that the money problem is "solved" for him and his.
>>156147597There's been evidence he did a few crypto rug pulls. Nothing 100% confirmed, but a lot of suspicious behavior leading to that conclusion. Coffeezilla did a video on it

>>156150691Good job anon. As a muscle fanatic I am pleased.
>>156148942>Same with the Lunchables ripof and he thought it would be successful by claiming its 2% healthier.Honestly there is a hole in the market for some kind of packaged lunch that straddles the line between 'lunchables' and 'those fruit and nut packages from starbucks', both in nutrient content and price point. Think like those 'bento lunches' people show off at japanese 7-11 and family mart. The problem is that the product marketing correctly identified that niche but the product recieved was just lunchables again.

Because if thats true it will be Green Eggs and Ham: The Animated Series all over again where everything is spent on the voice cast and next to nothing is spent on everything else.Has Green Eggs and Ham: The Animated Series taught you anything?!? At least Avatar: Seven Havens only costs $200,000 a episode because Bryke knows how to handle a budget, and that show is animated in Australia where the labor costs are higher then they are in South Korea (as Studio Mir is reserved on comic book adaptions).
>>156150454I wonder if you’ll realise how sheltered and incorrect you are. He’s flooded entire malls and closed highways with just his adult fans rushing to see him.He has an Amusement Park solely spun around him in Saudi Arabia which is bigger than Alton Towers. He has 24/7 Websites dedicated to tracking his whereabouts throughout the day so his fans can stalk him. He’s done huge environmentalist talks in New York about his Tree-Planting and Sea-Cleaning fundraisers. He’s been invited to make Live Action TV shows on Prime Video, which are the most viewed series on their platform to this day.He gets invited to do Halftime shows at Football and Baseball matches. He’s shaken hands with Sheikhs and gotten to sit with them. He’s had overseas charities discussing him both For and Against.Every big creator on Youtube has collabed with him or talked about him.His latest video had half the city of Greenville gather around a building to see him finish one of his vids.He signed his name on a SpaceX Rocketship.Tom Brady, Lebron James, Kevin Hart, DJ Khaled, and dozens of other Hollywood Producer Musician celebs have gone onto his videos solely because - and they say so themselves - their Kids are absolutely in love with him and consider being on one of his videos far cooler than anything they’ve done.He has more evidence for being famous than basically anyone alive today, aside from Trump.

>>156152151I just think it’s bizarre to pretend he’s not famous, even if you don’t like him. What a Cope. One of his vids France closed down the Eiffel Tower just for him, then did a big light display on it to impress him.He rented out the Pyramids for a week, then Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities came out pretending this never happened when Social Justice Warriors got upset at that. That actually spiked the tourism in Egypt enough that Mexico then did the same next year, inviting him to film the off-limits insides of Mayan Temples.Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum then did the same thing, pretending to be upset at him going inside their ancient monuments.
>>156152210I'm not pretending, I know he's famous. And those additional things you said combined with your first list? It's still not enough with him. He will run for President of the US one day.
>>156150367No it wasn't, you're thinking of Genji Tsuushin Agedama that was one of the shows that killed cartoons, Tiny Toon Adventures is among one of the greats and stand alongside Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z in terms of importance in the history of the medium and are just as respected as Doraemon and Crayon Shin-Chan as well. Also $300,000 (Wang Film, Akom)-$500,000 (TMS, Kennedy Cartoons, Freelance Animation New Zealand) a episode is not a low budget where your usual per episode budget was only $70,000-$100,000 (Nick's first 3 cartoons (Ren and Stimpy, Rugrats and Doug) only cost around $70,000 per episode each, yes even Ren and Stimpy when they were using Carbuncle in Canada where the labor costs are higher then South Korea and Taiwan, they just cut back on the voice acting and paid less to put more into animation), Spielberg spent actual money getting a AAA anime studio (the same one who did MOTHER FUCKING AKIRA, on top of said crew being trained by HAYAO FUCKING MIYAZAKI himself before he founded Ghibli) on board and use a 30+ piece orchestra for every episode and make sure every episode has it's own score so no episode reuses music.Fuck; Startoons' episodes cost $1.2 million each as those were done locally in Chicago Illinois instead of being ditched overseas, not cheap by any means and Animaniacs spent more money then Tiny Toon Adventures did.Speilberg wanted to enter the animation industry, both kids and adults alike do care about quality when it comes to their entertainment, it's why Tiny Toons and Animaniacs stood the test of time while Ren and Stimpy, Avatar: The Last Airbender and it's sequel series are only talked about by geeks and nerds. So please; Shut the fuck up, you don't know what you're talking about.>>156150391Not until the 70s, early Hanna Barbera (1957-1963) is excellent due to Michael Maltese and Warren Foster's writing and Ed Benedict's designs.

>>156151744good animation being held down by mediocre writting and voice actinglike I'm guessing all the voices are just youtube frens that can sorta make voices but none of it really sounds that natural idk if feels like when they're not doing one-liners they're speed-talking thru their lines.also it's funny sometimes they'll do put alot of emotion in a sentence but then that doesn't reflect on the animation which is whatever 2bhmaybe all they need is like warming up to their roles and I guess a better voice director.Maybe they should talk less.

>>156146867When i went to regal last week to see a rerelease of christine they told us that we could get the large popcorn half off if we bought a combo pack that included mr beast feastables in it. I made a comment to the cashier asking why would they bother doing this and she said "because nobody wants them otherwise". I did the same deal when i went to see trick r treat on halloween. I havent even tried the two feastables i got yet
>>156155814Yeah, I hate this lousy loose use of the term 'indie'. If you have millions and millions of funding that shit ain't indie anymore.
>>156156460It's the only things self-proclaimed "indie fans" will watch. They'll shut on anything less.
indie is just a buzz word
>>156156930...except when it's actually indie.
>>156156938nah it's just a tag you put on it so people will think they'll like it because indie = good because corporations = badand people don't try to think abut it for more than a minute
>>156156938Please tell me how the guy who slaps his name on toys, burgers, chocolate, lunchable knockoffs, game shows and a temporary park in Saudi Arabia is indie?
>>156146867>wanted to compete with GLITCH so he used his alternate channel with millions of subs to cheat his way to being a "big animation channel" and produce a shitty animated series made overseas by third world slavesWow, good stuff there Jimmy.
>>156152406And no federal regulation to make sure that the games are legit instead of him just paying out money to his already-rich friends.
>>156147446>Be Mr.Beast>Have your own candybar>Have your own toyline>Have your own TV show
>>156157906This was animated 100% in the US, for once it isn't ditched over seas.
>>156158159Ok, I hate Jimmy as much as everyone else, but that's pretty based.
>>156146867>Why aren't you watching the mrbeast cartoon?I just watched it, OP, and funny enough I liked it. Despite all the hate that 30-minute toy commercials from the 80's and 90's got, I'll always say that those were a good change of pace from seeing those slapstick theater shorts and comedy shows. And because of that, I appreciate that this indie show a nod to those action shows.>It cost $7,000,000.*shrugs*>Don't you like indie animation?I normally don't watch indie shows because the ones /co/ talk about a lot (Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, TADC, Gameoverse) don't interest me. Since I liked this Mr. Beast show and it's more in line with what I like to watch, then I wouldn't mind indie shows if it's the only means of getting new, non-anime action shows.
>>156146867how does this show compare to the pilot? the one that was like 15 2 minutes minisodes but was later edited into a single episode?
>>156158707No source to that price though.
>>156150294>Famicom has entered the chatEh, what's up, Doc? Two questions, if you don't mind.1. Aren't you getting tired of this same old shtick?2. If Tiny Toons was that relevant as you say it is, then how come it's not on Nielsen's most streamed animated shows by minutes list?
>>156150252>Well, how is this show? It's an action show with toyetic characters.>that Guava Juice ShowPic related. The last time I've heard of this show was when /co/ was simping Nancy.
>>156159148That only includes shows getting new content world wide, notice that One Piece, Dragon Ball Z (Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is why it would be brought up) and Pokémon, the only anime that would be brought up on a list like this are not on this list either as they're much lower then Futurama. The Loud House's minutes watched count does show there is a Lolicon and Shotacon market in the west however, it would be very wise to bring back Moetan and Mitsudomoe as those are the shows people want, not My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer.
Will they use it to advertise Prime and Beastburger to kids?
>>156158793Hence why I shrugged. That's how little I cared about this show's alleged budget.
>>156159347>Moetan and Mitsudomoe
>>156159450https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moetanhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsudomoe_(manga)
I'm not actually sure how involved Mr. Beast is with this brand. The toyline, complete with name, gimmick and design motif predates his involvement. And Moose, the company behind the toyline had already made plenty of webisode format cartoons to sell their toys, such as the Goo Jitzu ones. It seems like at some point, inspired by the name of the toyline, Mr. Beast approached Moose, or the other way around, and they decided to make it into a permanent collab, just rebooting with a tiger monster who already fit right in with the existing toys at the forefront. Even the smaller collectible toys in the line seem to just be slight rebrandings of existing Moose toy lines like Grossery Gang and The Trash Pack. This seems more like Shaq becoming Papa John's mascot after the big N-bomb fiasco, more than it actually being Mr. Beast's project.
>>156159347>it would be very wise to bring back Moetan and Mitsudomoe as those are the shows people want, not My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer.>>156159607>a 13-episode Moetan anime that ended damn near 20 years ago>a manga that ended 9 years agon with a 21-episode Mitsudomoe anime that ended 15 years agoI'll be honest with you, Famitsu. Something's not right here. Both of those anime ended years ago, yet you insist that people in the West want them. What makes you think that weebs or casuals in American would give a damn about two random, literal who loli Japanese cartoons? Neither show would last a month on CN, Nick, or MeTV Toons.Just accept that you're too caught up in your own headcanon and that Ink Nijihara and the Marui Triplets are too obscure and irrelevant for western audiences to care about.
Mr Beast is an ass hole and nobody should be supporting them.
>>156160319They bought back Beavis and Butt-Head and that panned out well, even King of The Hill's come back wasn't too shabby and puts KyoAni's City to shame. If they can bring back Beavis and Butt-Head and King of the Hill they can bring back Moetan and Mitsudomoe as well, also these 2 shows are Fox and Adult Swim material, NOT Nick, CN nor MeTV Toons material. The Loud House and especially Big Mouth (since the later is adult animation) shown that there is a lolicon/shotacon market in the west and there is money to be made.Nijihara and The Marui Triplets are still remembered well.Nijihara and The Marui Triplets are not as huge as Bugs Bunny, Popeye and Woody Woodpecker, let alone Laura Haruna, Katie Minami and Shin Nohara but they're as remembered as Casper, Mighty Mouse and Mr. Magoo, not hyper popular but still known enough to not be completely forgot about.
so who where your favourite characters?
>>156146867>Travis Knight makes stop-motion Narnia>Mr. Beast makes Skip and the Strongimals
>>156152118the candy bar famously failed, to the point where Mr. Beast installed security cameras and spied on store spaces because he thought people were deliberately sabotaging themi saw them at a grocery store but marked down on clearance (they were still >$1.75, insane for the size) and they were melted and so gross
>>156151610Because a hot-blooded mammal made designed and drew them, and they tend to like hot mammaries even on cold-blooded creatures
>>156152098Lmao calm down faggotif you could leave your house and take his dick out your mouth for one second and ask 5 random people on the street "Hey what do you think of Mrbeast?" you would be lucky if one of them even knew who you were talking aboutHe will never be David Beckham / Ryan Gosling level of famous
>>156161163Younger Zoomers and Alphas tent to eat much more fruits and vegetables then candy while Gen X and Millennials tend to only eat candy that has actual ingredients that you can actually pronounce in them. It's why Recces had to put actual peanut butter and chocolate back into their Recces cups and why Cadbury outsells Hershey's 1000 to 1.
so this is just the guy trying to get porn of his fursonas, right?
>>156161650yes and I'm helping
>>156161650honestly looks more like a guy trying to get his brand to merge with another brand
>>156146867Almost no different that typical indie slop in terms of humor, dialog, voice acting quality, etc. I'm not sitting through half an hour of that mediocre slop.Space King reigns supreme and I say this as someone quite neutral towards it.
>>156163098no different from*
>>156163098give it time
>>156152693/new/ was nuked precisely because it devolved into proto /pol/, only for /pol/ to be created right after the Epstein meeting. It was obvious the elites saw /pol/ as the perfect propaganda tool you moron.

>>156159879This is the actual insight I was hoping to get from this thread. Thank you.
>>156151744Unironically better than any of the recent autismo indieslop.
>>156161449I asked 5 random people if they know Ryan Gosling and they all said no.
>>156166787MR MR MR BEAST MR MR MR BEAST MR MR MR BEAST BEAST BEAST
>>156160620I can guarantee that if you asked 30 people on the street who Mr Magoo is, you'll get maybe 1 person who's at least heard of him.
>>156153265A blatant excuse. If you smile while squinting you still smile with your eyes. He's just faking it, poorly.
>>156163822
>>156146867>come into this show expecting the kid to be the focus>instead its just mr beast shipping his fursona self insert with a genderbent version of the polar bear guy from danny phantom
actually I don't dislike the idea of fish-out-of-water story about little boy having to work with a bunch of beast menlike idk maybe have the kid convince the others to let him stick around because of personal moral debt or then info blackmailing even tho it doesnt seem like any of this operation is secret at all as they just post all about it on youtube in-universe i guess.
>>156166721sounds like a mr beast video prompt
Not watching it because he's annoying and a faggot.
>>156165135No source.>>156167021Because of MeTV Toons all those 30 people know who Mr. Magoo is.10 years ago you might of have a point by MeTV Toons changed that for the better.
>>156168552I could guarantee if I asked 30 people what MeTV Toons was, none of them would know what I'm talking about. Shut the fuck up you self-absorbed manchild.
>>156168691Everyone know what MeTV Toons is as it gets over 40 million views a day. That is unless you're not American as MeTV Toons only exists in the US.
>>156168814You only think that because they have it playing constantly in whatever retard-home you schizos keep posting from.
>>156168885No, normies of all ages do watch MeTV Toons.
>>156169075MeTV gets under 600k viewershttps://ustvdb.com/networks/metv/The US has around 350 million people.Assuming that MeTV's figures are only from US viewership (it isn't, but this helps your case to exclude Canada and Mexico), under 1 in every 500 people have heard of it. That figure above was also for prime time top ratings when M.A.S.H. was on; if I dig a little deeper I an also guestimate the figures fucking Mr McFuckingGoo would be pulling.Normies don't know nor care about it. Animaniacs isn't better. You're a delusional loser talking out of his ass. Rather than correct course and go the hipster route and just say you like old cartoons for the sake of being old cartoons, you will double down because you are neurodivergent and arrogant. Why is that combination so goddamn common on this board to the point where you unwrangled tards can be cataloged?
>>156169206Thats the base MeTV (as in the network designed for baby boomers and mostly airs live action sitcoms from the 50s and 60s), MeTV Toons on the other hand gets over 40 million views a day.Normies do know and care about MeTV Toons, while cable/satellite TV is on it's death bed over the air free TV (as in NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox and of course MeTV Toons) is still alive and well.Animaniacs is doing excellent on Tubi, it just wasn't listed on that chart because it isn't getting new content, in fact, One Piece, Dragon Ball Z (because Dragon Ball Super: Beerus) nor Pokémon isn't on that chat either. You're the delusional loser talking out of his ass, you're the one that will double down because you are neurodivergent and arrogant.
What does mr. beast do in the child's room
>>156167021>>156168552I don’t go asking people on the street that. But I can tell you if I asked my entire family of 100+ people, 0 of them would know “Mr Mcgoo”.They don’t even know any Batman characters besides Joker and Robin. Nor would I expect them to.
>>156169708>MeTV Toons on the other hand gets over 40 million views a day.https://ustvdb.com/networks/metv-toons/Shut up.
>>156169944>48.9 million viewers.Shut up.>>156169834Normies know who Mr. Magoo is because of MeTV Toons, this isn't the 2010s anymore where he was only known by people who watched him back in the day, their kids and cartoon buffs. They know Batman characters.
>>156170051Yea, I teach 3rd graders and they never shut up about MeTV Toons, the Warner Bros stuff is their favorite with MGM being a very close second while Fleischer being third.

>>156172254No, they don't, they want the cartooney cartoons made by actual cartoonists of the 90s to come back.
>>156172444Keep in mind that 7m figure is for the whole 8 episode season
1m per episode! (one came out for free)
