Anyhow the visuals should explain most of what i did, cutting out the deltarune symbol pieces was a pain in the ass lol, i feel there had to be a more efficient way of doing it rather than just eyeballing it, but i did, and i cant think of an alternative method. As for the gausian blur, make sure to crank up that bitch like past 200, really push it, and then you can add more red in the middle with the airbrush to really make it glow, make sure to turn the density of it down though. If you are still confused about something uhhhh, sorry for being retarded, im not the teaching type, but i try my best.
