Alastor is safe sleazy because the writers already have their properly sleazy trio for Hazbin Hotel with the Vees. Vox is racist and has a weird psychosexual obsession with Alastor. Valentino is a straight up rapist slaver that has god knows how many people under contract along with Angel Dust, including the abuse sequence directly stemming from the rape fetishist fan comic and Velvette makes and sells date rape drugs and love potions. Rape is one of the most unsafe sleazy things a character can do. Alastor for all his theatrics and brutality with the torture and cannibalism would never ever rape anyone, he's canonically asexual.
