so contacts mephisto made.Johnny blaze funnily enough the contract you're thinking of never actually went through, the whole soul for your step dad being saved from cancer is voided basically immediatley and mephisto had no claim, which is why he shoved the spirit in him so he'd be harder to kill and the devil could get another shot at his soul.he did make a deal with johnny later in the 2010's to help johnny deal with alejandra but i think the terms were set so there's no connection there.he made a deal to get centurious' soul, but he's been dead since the 90's.he had one with the leader in thunderbolts iirc.he had one with miles to bring back kamala.he had ones with the circle of four though i think all of them got out of that already as they all lost their hellmarks.he had one with doc ock where he was reverted to his original form during superior spider-man's 2nd run.he had one with peter for aunt may and the whole marriage thing.unclear whether it means his curses are also undone as that'd mean blackheart wouldn't be trapped in human form anymore.
